Hi im Riley im 16 years old and recently bought a kaju from tsc.. I don’t really leave reviews but I decided to leave a review after getting an email from tsc asking me to leave a review. I wanna say these guys are legend. I legit bought the scooter on a random Sunday and these guys deliver to me in the afternoon… on a Sunday????! And crazy enough I leave far away from them… anyway I wanna say thanks guys and the kaiju scooter is amazing… I will never have a complaint and looking forward to buy whatever new models you guys have in the future. I don’t plan to buy a car when I’m 18 so the scooters are my car. Thanks

These guys at Simple Commute are above the norm when it comes to advice and service.
They are local-their product range is solid and not littered with fancy extras which most of us don’t need and pay for. I bought the Kaiju for myself and for my petite wife the Pluto. I love the removable battery feature for charging at our apartment style living-safely on our balcony/patio while the Scooters are in the lock up cage and not worry about insurance liability. I considered Mearth and Mukuta for their removal battery scooter range and the negatives are low after service and support and twist throttle (which causes fatigue).
Hamlet provides amazing honest service which is rare these days along with Peter and the team.
I highly recommend to give The Simple Commute team a try.
The Kaiju is really a beast! And the Aurora too! But for my little dear wife the Pluto is perfect.

The specs are so nice and it lived up the hype! Smooth ride, insane acceleration, and a dual-motor beast for just $1995. Plus, the team’s customer service is top-notch. 10/10 experience!

I have brought 2 scooters from the simple commute one is the aurora and just got the kaiju today these scooters are great well exceed all my expectations . Fun and and realiable. I live in the country and not everything is around the corner so the distance capability is amazing up 100km off a full charge and the communication is by far the best I have seen in a while from ordering to even a friendly message to let your know your order status . And if your as lucky as I was I got a in person delivery. Very professional and kind and willing to answer and questions. The aurora is a great around towner but very capable off the beat and the kaiju is great for my situation which is country areas and bushy . I rate this company highly and will continue to deal with them well into the future thanks The Simple commute very happy customer 😀

The staff always answered my queries promptly through their website chat service, even on Sunday. It's a bonus that they are based in Victoria.

I ordered the Kaiju model on Sunday night and it was delivered to my door on Tuesday morning. The scooter was well built, very tough!
