Yes. All our electric scooters are capped at 25 km/h to comply with Australian regulations, making them legal to ride in public. For private property or off-road use, you can unlock the higher speeds and easily switch back to 25 km/h when riding in public. Please contact us after purchase if you’d like the unlock instructions.

No. The 250w rule applies only to e-bikes, not e-scooters. Our electric scooters are classified as Personal Mobility Devices (PMDs) in Australia. The key regulation for PMDs is that they must be capped at 25 km/h for public use, regardless of motor wattage.

Researched long and hard before purchase, an awesome E scooter, comfortable for the long trek with awesome power and range. Fantastically wide and long deck allowing you to easily transfer leg weight and position on the fly. Huge range and tackles rugged dirt tracks with aplomb. With a clear display, easy controls, awesome brakes front and rear. There is nothing to not like on this beast of an E scooter.

I love my kaiju, in sport's mode I can ride maintain bike trails and do it just as fast as on a bike. I weigh 95kg and It goes up hills like I'm not even on it. Then when cruising around town you need to stay on the footpaths because of the offroad tyre's and high clearance, it goes up gutters with easy. I will be buying a second battery so I can ride it for longer.
Very happy with the Kaiju. I believe ‘Kaiju’ is Japanese for ‘big monster’. The super fun part about this scooter is how well it handles off road across paddocks etc. The tyres really bite into the surface so it feels very safe and the clearance ensures that it glides over the little bumps in the road. It was super easier to put together and adjust settings etc. It think the price is very reasonable, the blokes running this business are a lot of fun as seen in the advertising online and what really won me over was the level of communication. Very prompt in responding, with helpful and concise information and were very accommodating allowing me to pick it up when I bought it. I bought my daughter a scooter whilst I was there too because I was that impressed. The only negative experience I have had riding this thing is the magpies swooping me. I guess that is what the helmet is for.
Kaiju has to be one of the top of my list. Of great choices I have made the only thing I found was the 100 KL range is hard to achieve but I just bought another battery happy days
