Yes. All our electric scooters are capped at 25 km/h to comply with Australian regulations, making them legal to ride in public. For private property or off-road use, you can unlock the higher speeds and easily switch back to 25 km/h when riding in public. Please contact us after purchase if you’d like the unlock instructions.

No. The 250w rule applies only to e-bikes, not e-scooters. Our electric scooters are classified as Personal Mobility Devices (PMDs) in Australia. The key regulation for PMDs is that they must be capped at 25 km/h for public use, regardless of motor wattage.

I bought my wife the Aurora first and she loved it, so now I’ve just picked up the Kaiju, and wow, it’s an entirely different beast! Everything is top tier, robust, and over engineered. I use it to get to work, and the removable battery is hectic, I can just take it with me and charge at the office. Powerful and so much fun. Couldn’t be happier with both scooters!

I’m beyond impressed with my Kaiju! This scooter is an absolute beast, powerful, smooth and built like a tank. The suspension is incredible and soaks up bumps like nothing else, making every ride comfortable even off road. The removable battery is super convenient and gives me peace of mind knowing I can easily swap or charge anywhere. The power is insane and climbing hills feels effortless, and it looks stunning with such a tough, premium design that turns heads everywhere. I had a few minor issues at first, but the team was amazing, replying super quickly and even helping me on a public holiday. Finally received my Kaiju after pre ordering for a few weeks. Coming from a Segway G2 and then a Bolzzen Phoenix, the Kaiju is way ahead in off road design and ride quality. It doesn’t go quite as fast as the Bolzzen but 50 kph is plenty, and the build quality beats both of my previous scooters by a lot. It’s simpler to use, feels stronger and more durable, and has a real presence on the road. I love the suspension and the big at tyres. Also love the service from TSC and the scooter itself, couldn’t be happier!
After using the Kaiju for a couple of months, I can definitely say it’s an insane scooter. I’ve taken it through all kinds of challenges including mud, dirt and rough tracks and it’s just unbreakable. The suspension is amazing and the power is hectic. I love it so much, and at this price point you won’t find another dual motor beast with a removable battery which is one of my favourite features. The service and response from TSC are second to none. Huge thanks to TSC for bringing such an amazing scooter!
