Free Click & Collect with E-Scooter Setup (Victoria Only)

If you're located in Victoria, take advantage of our free Click & Collect service, which includes complimentary e-scooter setup. Your ride will be assembled and ready to go when you arrive for collection — no tools or setup required.

Fast Dispatch

Orders placed before 12 PM (AEST) are typically dispatched the same day from our warehouse in Boronia, Victoria. Over 98% of orders are shipped same-day or next business day.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day.

Quick & Reliable Delivery

All orders ship from our warehouse in Boronia, Victoria, with delivery times of 1 to 5 business days across most Australian postcodes. Due to lithium battery restrictions, air freight is not available, which may occasionally result in slightly longer transit times.

Authority to Leave & Delivery Responsibility

All deliveries are booked with ‘Authority to Leave’. This means if no one is home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave the package in a safe place at the delivery address.

Once your order is collected by the courier, The Simple Commute is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur after dispatch. If you require changes to the delivery date, address, or instructions, it is your responsibility to contact the courier directly. Courier contact details and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If a delivery is unsuccessful and additional courier fees are incurred (e.g., re-delivery fees or return-to-sender charges), The Simple Commute reserves the right to invoice the customer for those charges.
