For our customers in Victoria, we offer a free Click & Collect service, including free e-scooter setup. This convenient option allows you to pick up your order at your convenience, ensuring that your e-scooter is ready to ride as soon as you collect it.

Fast Dispatch

We understand the excitement of receiving your new e-scooter, and we strive to get it to you as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon Australian Eastern Standard Time on the same day. Approximately 98% of orders are dispatched either same-day or next day from our warehouse in Boronia, Victoria.

Please note that orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be shipped the next available business day.
