Can I use NDIS funding to buy a TSC scooter? Some of our customers have successfully used their NDIS funding to purchase a TSC electric scooter. How does the purchase process work? If your plan manager confirms you can use your funding, here's how it typically works:

• We'll provide a formal tax invoice with all required details
• Your plan manager submits the invoice through their portal for approval
• Once approved, payment is made via bank transfer directly to us

What information does your invoice include? Our invoices include our ABN, business name, itemised products, and bank transfer details — everything a plan manager typically needs to process a claim.
