Scooter feels very stable and solid. Was bit confused on getting her started, sent a message on a Sunday and a reply came through within 10 minutes and bang 💥 I was on the road . Well done guys

The Edgerunner is insane. The power is brutal but perfectly controlled, and the comfort is on another level. Compared to my old Kaabo and Dragon, this feels tighter, more stable and way more refined.

It’s built like a tank too, incredibly durable and confidence inspiring at speed. Easily the best scooter I’ve owned and 100% worth the $3k price tag.

On top of that, the support from The Simple Commute is unreal. They actually stock spare parts and back their products. No regrets at all

TSC has put a lot of thought into their products and you can tell right away from the moment you get the box. Because they're Australian, I had no issues getting customer support to answer some questions about the setup, and had me scooting in no time.

I purchased the edgerunner and had an issue after 1 week. Rear motor was binding. Was wondering how many hoops I was going to have to jump through for a warranty claim. After sending an email and pictures/video of the issue a new motor was sent out same day. Went to fit new rear wheel assembly/motor and it was missing a new tyre valve ( i broke the old one trying to swap it over) emailed again quite frustrated and somehow they managed to get a new valve delivered within 24 hours and on a Saturday...... unfortunately things happen but the After sales service is bloody outstanding!!!!!!!! They definitely backup what they advertise.

Since then scooter has been perfect and seems great quality. I was not hesitate in recommending this company

Just bought the Edgerunner and must say I'am quite impressed with the handling, ride and performance of this scooter. Done 28 km and it performed flawlessly on concrete, gravel and grass. The guys at The Simple Commute were a pleasure to deal with and answered all my questions. Nothing was a bother. Great product and service. Can highly recommend this to anyone thinking of buying one.

I’ve got Kaabo scooters, and the Edge Runner has completely ruined the way I even look at them now. My Kaabo doesn’t get used anymore — I take the Edge Runner every single time because it just has everything.
