Essentials Bundle (Aurora)

My wife and I have ridden our AUROUR scooters around the canning and swan rivers in Perth for the last two months, we are 100 per cent happy with our purchase distance and build quality exceptional .

This is my first scooting purchase at 60+ , found the crew very informative, scooter received within a week to Tas, looks like quality, charged up and had a couple of rides, really pleased so far

I’ve bought this scooter from them and their after-service is why I would choose to buy from them again.

I needed a scooter to commute to work, and I hate buying cheap, unsafe crap. I spent hours upon hours researching e-scooters which must have caused the ads for TSC to come up on my feed.

I spent a few more days reading reviews, comparing models and specs before deciding that the Aurora was best for my work commute needs. I was impressed with the availability of spare parts, the strong focus on delivering quality, and the lack of bullshit. That many 5 star reviews can’t be wrong.

Blowing over a thousand bucks on a purchase is always nerve wracking, so I tested their WhatsApp response to see ask how long it would take to arrive. I got a response within minutes, which calmed my nerves significantly. Better yet, my order was delivered within 3 working days. Amazing. A week after I received my Aurora, they were still responding to my queries within minutes.

I did a test drive, worked out the speed settings, tightened things up, customised my settings, and started using it for work. I’m 105KG and 5’11”. The handlebar height was perfect for me and there were no issues with the power or suspension. The ride is smooth, comfortable and my thumb is thankful for the cruise control. Travelled 6km to work and back, and the battery bar was still full.

The Aurora is just a well thought out, well built, no nonsense and, best of all, street legal e-scooter. It even looks classy enough that cyclists don’t give me sour looks. I am confident that TSC is a company that is going to go the distance and I can’t wait to pass down my Aurora to my kids one day so that I can continue supporting this Aussie business.

Got this scooter in 2 days delivered for my daughter to get around and see her friends and she loves it, rode around the back yard to practice and got use to it and it is awesome and cannot fault anything

Picked up two Auroras and a Kaiju, all of them are amazing to ride and so much fun to get out and about with! The service from The Simple Commute team has been phenomenal, great communication, super friendly, and they even threw in a few free goodies which was an awesome surprise. Couldn’t be happier with the scooters or the crew. Can’t wait to see what they release next if it’s even better than the Kaiju!

I would definitely recommend these guys and their products. I bought the aurora to get to and from work on. Omg this 56 year old has gone back to her teenage years....it is so much fun (and practical) lol.
The customer service was flawless from the guys. They went above and beyond to answer any questions I had from ordering, delivery and setting up my scooter.

Aurora Long-Range Commuter Electric Scooter

I love my Aurora, easily the best commuter e-scooter, and TSC’s service is just as amazing!

Purchased the Aurora seat today and the team installed it for me for free! Big thanks to Ben for doing this on a Saturday. The scooter still looks great and the seat is very comfortable, definitely the best upgrade I’ve made to my Aurora.

I have the Aurora Model and it’s absolutely brilliant. Super easy to use, lightweight and plenty of power.

I preordered the Aurora about a month ago and honestly, I was a bit worried I might get scammed. But every time I emailed the team, they replied almost instantly, which gave me confidence to hold off on asking for a refund. The scooter finally arrived this week and I gave it a go, and wow, it was totally worth the wait and the price. Super smooth, easy to use with no overcomplicated features. I used to own a segway max g2, and this one is way simpler, but the performance actually feels better. Very happy with it!

Ordered the Aurora for my daughter to get to school, it’s a bit bigger than what she’s used to, but she’s really comfortable with it and absolutely loves riding it. It’s easy to control, feels super solid, and she’s been using it every day. The build quality is excellent and I feel confident knowing she’s on something safe and reliable.
