Totally blown away

The guys at Simple Commute had my new Sabre to me within 3 days and I was lucky to get a helmet, seat and spare tyre with my order. Unboxing and putting it together was a breeze. It’s Huge and you can definitely see the quality and care that goes in it. It’s a total beast and with a steering damper is so stable and easy to ride. Totally love this thing and cannot wait to venture out into the bush area

I’m 64 years old and photograph birds and the like in the bush and scrub while travelling in my 24 foot van around Aussie. It fits in the back of my Ram with ease and whilst I don’t expect to ride it to its limits, I know the Sabre will last and be absolutely perfect for what I need.

Seriously I did a lot of research into what specs were around and what sold me wasn’t just the quality and overall features. A lot was considered as to warranty and after sales care and the huge 24 month warranty. Combined there was nothing even close and I cannot thank the team at SC for their service and knowing support is there when and if I need it.

Thanks guys you’ve made an old man smile like a Cheshire Cat.

Catches everyones eye at night ⭐️

From the beginning of purchasing the Sabre from The Simple Commute the customer service and communication was outstanding.
Ordered it Monday afternoon and had the scooter delivered by lunchtime Wednesday to Wangaratta Victoria.
Maybe more scooter than I need but has a myriad of settings that can be dialed in to suit any situation, have found what suits me.
Also adjusted the spring preload on the suspension to suit my needs, still learning every day riding it to and from work beating the $3 per litre diesel costs.
Overall great experience dealing with this Aussie company and would happily recommend to others, best customer service I've ever encountered.

I got the tsc sabre electric scooter for work and it is the best thing I've ever got this thing is so powerful and goes up hills with ease i also like the lights because it makes it look futuristic and now my friends are jealous because they don't have this scooter

Wow what a machine, when something wheel spins with a 105kg guy on it, thats some serious power.
Not that I'm up for testing things, but i got it to 67, with me on it, and averaging about 1% per km, so the numbers are great and quite accurate.
But its the flexibility, and hgaving the seat allows me to chose whether to stand or sit.
The scooter is brilliant but the guys running TSC are even better, as they answer my silly questions and the delivery was at 8pm on a Friday!! wow.
minor niggle is that the instruction book isn't as informative as it could be, but this is a new machine and I'm sure the "how to" part will follow.
In the meantime, me and my son will just continue to put smiles on our faces!!

I recently ordered a Sabre scooter from The Simple Commute, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. This scooter is built like an absolute tank, the purchase process was seamless, communication was excellent at every stage, and it arrived incredibly quickly.

The charger did have an early-life failure—these things happen. I contacted the team, they asked for a few details, and promptly shipped a replacement that arrived the very next day. I’ve never experienced this level of care and responsiveness from a company before.

Now let’s hope I don’t do myself an injury on this thing—maybe I should’ve started out on a push scooter! 😄

I highly recommend The Simple Commute!

The scooter is great, no issues with it. Delivery was a different story.

Let’s start with the service from The Simple Commute. Their service is second to none. All of my enquiries have been answered promptly on the same day. Well done. The scooter seems to be reasonably built but has a number of shortfalls. The wiring loom coming out from the top of the handlebar riser is poorly implemented. The wires just bend over a 90 degree metal edge and continue to rub against this edge while riding. Quality control during manufacturing and assembly is lacking. The locating hole to position the right-hand indicator is about 20 degrees different from the left-hand side meaning the indication fails to be properly visible to any motorists. Typical Chinese lack of quality control. The lack of tooling to adjust the suspension is a disappointment.
I’m sure most people won’t think these are major issues but comparing the Sabre to my other scooter from a world renowned manufacturer the build quality issues are chalk and cheese against the Sabre.
Hopefully if this review gets posted it can assist in identifying issues that can be improved.

Haven’t had it very long but I’m happy with it at the moment. It’s a big scooter for serious users, goes off gutters with ease. It’s got good response from the handles & its thumb throttle is not jerky & it’s very smooth. I had to take the stand bracket off & bend it to get it to stand properly but that was easy.

Super impressed with this scooter & staff at TSC are responsive & eager to help.

This is a beast of an all-terrain e-scooter! I bought two, one for myself and my son and we went out for a couple of hours doing trails using the dual motors and trust me, I gave out before the scooter! Who knew standing up would use so many muscles!! 😂
The batteries were still at 60% but I was knackered!
Love this machine and can’t recommend both it and the team at TSC enough. They are quick to reply and their support is great 👍🏼
I just need to strengthen my core to get the best out of this thing!!
