Such a relief knowing TCC is available at anytime to chat possible future concerns and fixes.

I found that the instruction booklet was vague in the description of items particularly the NFC Card which turn out to be non- existence. However I found that the after sales service and responses were excellent. Fast delivery too.

A scooter that’s comfortable for daily work use, easy to assemble, and most importantly has excellent customer service that’s always responsive whenever there are questions. Love it.

Absolutely love my Astro! Super portable and easy to take anywhere, which makes commuting so stress free. What surprised me most is how well it handles both on roads and off-road, even though it’s mainly designed as a city commuter. It’s the perfect all-rounder!

The lights on my astro escooter are amazing! None of them are gimmicks unlike some of the scooters out. Permanent taillights, turn signals and brake lights. All very visible at night time. The headlights are very very bright! 10/10

I was looking for a good waterproof e-scooter and found the new Astro, absolutely love it! The IPX5 rating is exactly what I needed for peace of mind in random melbourne weather. The app is fantastic too, super easy to connect and use with no glitches at all.

The scooter looks great and feels very sturdy. Its capability of light gravel and grass tracks around my farm have suprised me. But the biggest plus is the service!! Very responsive to messages! Changing the game! Well done TSC.

First time riding found it nice and sturdy going up a road incline was great seems like a good ride.

This is a great little lightweight scooter. I'm thoroughly impressed by the whole process, from the website to the customer service. I ordered online and within three days it was delivered. Received my scooter in less than 10 days. Extremely simple to set up and was riding in about 20 minutes. Queries to the company are answered quickly and professionally. The scooter is solid, easy to transport, and rides like a charm! Couldn't be happier!
