Anyone Can Sell You a Scooter. It Takes Something Different to Stand Behind One.

5 Reasons 2,000+ Riders Choose The Simple Commute

Built and backed by three Aussie mates
We started The Simple Commute because we were sick of seeing riders get burned by brands that vanish after the sale. No warehouse. No parts. No accountability. We built the opposite of that.

A 24-month warranty that means something
The industry standard is 6 to 12 months — just long enough to cover the honeymoon. Ours is 24. We stand behind what we sell because we've tested it ourselves and we know how it holds up.

Every spare part, always in stock
Most e-scooter brands don't hold parts in Australia. When something wears out, you're on your own. We stock every part for every model in our Melbourne warehouse, so your scooter is never a paperweight.

Real people who pick up the phone
Not a chatbot. Not a ticket number. Call us seven days a week. If you've ever been ghosted by an overseas brand, you know why this matters.

A national repair network, not just a returns address
Whether you're in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, or regional Australia — we have repair partners who know our scooters. Or ship it to our Melbourne HQ. Either way, you're never stranded.

These scooters are great!
I've bought two scooters from The Simple Commute — the Aurora and the Kaiju. Both are fun, reliable, and the distance capability is amazing. I live in the country so not everything is around the corner. I rate this company highly and will continue to deal with them well into the future.

Best Decision I've Made
Took the Kaiju out along the coast for its first proper ride and I haven't stopped grinning since. The power is unreal, handles rough tracks like nothing, and the battery just keeps going. I did my research before buying and I'm so glad I went with The Simple Commute

I'm 61 and I Absolutely Love It
Went for my first “Scoot” yesterday on my shiny new Kaiju and I absolutely love it! It’s built like a tank, sturdy and very high quality. The suspension is fantastic, giving a smooth ride, which is very important at 61. If you are looking for a quality scooter and Aussie made to boot, I would look not further! Great job guys! Well done.
