On varied Australian terrain (Full Battery), using a mix of pedestrian and regular modes, the Aurora and Kaiju delivered 70–80 km, while the Astro achieved 30–35 km.

How can I service the scooter?
You can service your e-scooter by bringing it to The Simple Commute's repair center (8/1001 Mountain Highway, Boronia, Melbourne), or you can ship it to us. Once the repair is complete, you have two weeks to pick up your scooter or pay the return shipping invoice. After this period, a storage fee of $25 per day applies, up to a maximum of 30 days. Proper packaging is crucial if you need to ship your scooter to the repair center. You can obtain third-party packaging or purchase a box from us (subject to availability). Repair turnaround times vary based on the availability of spare parts, ranging from 3-5 days to a minimum of 30 days. For updates, you can reach out to The Simple Commute team.
What is the speed of the scooter?
The speed of the Aurora E-scooter is capable of reaching up to 40 km/h. However, we have to limit it to 25 km/h to comply with local regulations. If you'd like to unlock the full speed, you can contact us, but please be aware that you will be fully liable for any consequences that may arise from doing so.
What is the range of the scooter?
The standard model has a maximum range of up to 100 km on a full charge, making it ideal for longer commutes or extended rides.
